Flood proof except for the couch

Donna says, "A poria infestation caused us to remove our hardwood floors. While at it, husband removed mirrors that had been on fireplace. Now we are stuck w/this while contemplating what to do next."  While she sees herself as being "stuck" with this, I see practicality: a fully flood proof family room (except for the couch) with what appears to be a climbing wall over the mantle.No carpet
